Patronage:Patronage Board: (1) the following in right of their respective offices: a) the Bishop of Southwark, who shall be chairman of the board and shall have one vote; b) every vicar in the team ministry, any member of the team to whom section 20 (3A) of the 1983 Measure applies and any person having special responsibility for pastoral care under section 20 (8A) of the 1983 Measure who shall jointly have one vote which shall be exercised by such one of them or such two or more of them (acting unanimously or by a majority) as may be present at the meeting in question; c) for the purpose only of meetings at which the person to be appointed a vicar in the team ministry is considered and chosen, the rector of the team ministry, who shall have one vote; (2) the Church Pastoral Aid Society Patronage Trust, shall have one vote. (3) the Church Society Trust, shall have one vote
Where patronage is exercised by turns Church Society Trust may have had no role in an appointment. Where patronage is held jointly the Trust likewise has a reduced role. Where a living is suspended the involvement of the Trust depends on the circumstances and the attitude of the Bishop.

Sir John Inskip and B Thomas to the National Church League and others. The Schedule above referred to: 3/3/1913, Indenture between S Ranson and H Webb-Peploe and others being a Conveyance upon Trusts of the Advowson and Perpetual Right of Patronage and Nomination of and to the vicarage and parish church of St Alban Streatham Park whereby the said Advowson and Perpetual Right of Patronage and Nomination become vested in the Trustees
Parsonage:The PCC approved the purchase of the vicarage (5 Fayland Ave) in 1947. It cost 5,500 with most of the money initially borrowed from the Queen Anne's Bounty. The diocese was unable to help with funds for the purchase. The papers relating to this are located at the London Metropolitan Archives (ref. no. DR/CP/79, referenced under St Alban's parish.
