Revd Thomas Carpenter and another to the Church Association Trust, 24/1/1923. the vendor hereby conveys and confirms unto the purchasers all that the advowson and perpetual right of presentation of and to the Rectory and parish church of Thwaite and the rights and appurtenances thereto belonging to hold the same unto and to the use of the purchasers and their assigns in fee simple Stoke Ash: 1) Grant and Conveyance of the advowson of the Rectory of Stoke Ash, 19/2/1842. 2) Conveyance of the advowson of the Rectory of Stoke Ash, Revd J A Morgan to the Church Association Trust, 7/8/1919. the Donor as Settlor hereby conveys unto the Trust all that the advowson donation perpetual patronage and right of presentation of and to the Rectory and parish church of Stoke Ash together with the Parsonage House, Stable and other outbuildings great and small tithes or commutations rent charges in lieu thereof glebe lands oblations obventions hereditaments and appointments to the said advowson belonging or in any wise appertaining or usually held or occupied therewith or deemed taken or known to belong or be appurtenant thereto To hold the same unto and to the use of the Trust their successors and assigns in fee simple
