Mrs Euphelia Rodwell to the Church Association Trust, 17/3/1938. Euphelia Rodwell as Personal Representative of Thomas Rodwell deceased hereby conveys unto the association all that the advowson nomination presentation donation free disposition and perpetual right of patronage of and to the vicarage of the Parish and Church of Weybread with all and every the rights members and appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining or accepted reputed thereof to hold the same unto the association absolutely and in fee simple. Documents relating to Freehold land at Weybread: 1) Appointment of a piece of freehold land at Weybread with covenant for production of title deeds Mr J Booty to Revd J E Daniel, 13/4/1842. 2) Conveyance of a piece of land at Weybread. Revd J Daniel to Revd T Kearsey, 4/8/1845. 3) Deed of Gift of a piece of land at Weybread. Mrs Euphelia Rodwell to the Church Association Trust, 17/3/1938. Euphelia Rodwell hereby conveys unto the Association all that piece or parcel of land containing an area of 37 perches in the Parish of Weybread and adjoining on the North side thereof the High Road leading from Weybread Street to Wingfield as the same piece or parcel of land was formerly described as having been in the tenure or occupation of John Booty To hold the same unto the Association in fee simple free from any resulting trust in favour of the Grantor and to be dealt with as part of the general assets of the Associaiton
